City of Athens-Clarke Mayor

I live at the end of the culdesac and whenever it rains hard my yard is flooded. I spent over 5K this past summer repairing my yard only to have it washed away. I called the city department that handle these issues back in May twice and I'm still waiting on a return call, I was told someone would get back with me. Half of the subdivision have proper drainage but nothing in the back half. The drain pipes are blocked and the ditch for drainage beside my house is overgrown. I can't afford to keep repairing my yard, the city needs to do it's part.

At 100 Cedar Rock Trace; Athens, GA; 30605 there is a street light that is extremely noisy at night. It keeps my wife and I up every night. Our landlord has called the power company about it and it has not been fixed. It shakes and buzzes loudly all night, every night.

Has this telephone pole been reported? I see a caution tape wrapped around it.
