    Neighbors have long been complaining about the foul smells at Labay Market. Food and garbage are stored together in what appears to be a residential garage. Commercial deliveries are made by vehicles with non-commercial plates. I witnessed noxious fumes in the store while workers were spraying some shelves they were building next to food preparation areas.
