YPD REFUSES TO ENFORCE CO 505.09

We reached out to the Mayor's Office to report a decision from an inspector not to completely remove a tree and debris from a property that they demolished. We emailed a couple of staff members, including the mayor, and nobody thinks enough of our concern to act or to simply respond. The City can't ask residents to care if the Mayor doesn't. The City tore down a structure because a tree fell on it, but they are leaving the majority of the tree that is laying on our adjacent property. That doesn't make any sense. In addition, the demolition team hired by the City knocked a hole in our connecting wall and wasn't going to report it to us until I notified the City that I had cameras. This is exactly why people move away and don't look back.

2 pitbulls have been out front on leashes BARKING non stop for 2+ hrs. Constantly do this!YPD has been called but no response as yet! There are ppl who work from home. There are older ppl who find this very disturbing. The Mahoning Cty Dog Warden came out here a couple of weeks ago. THESE PPL DO NOT LISTEN. THEY'RE BREEDERS. THEY DO NOT CARE!!! DO SOMETHING!!!

absolutely unacceptable our neighbors are outraged and in danger. Who is responsible for this audacity 😡. I think since there is a eviction notice from the Youngstown Court ,at the very least a dumpster should've been brought in and billed the Defendant Richard Reynolds. I sure hope the city the Mayor or anyone who could help does something immediately to fix this and make sure this doesn't happen again. This neighborhood has good hard working families, there are children elderly and Disabled people . This is a bad accident waiting to happen. please 🙏 someone take notice.

2 dogs are still tethered outside and are being neglected. They've been barking for 2 days almost non stop to the point that even my dog is going to the windows and whining. No one wants to enforce the law. Tethers are too short. Water is in the yard at 215. It's a real disgrace no one cares.

I was wondering if there is a way to place a No Littering sign somewhere on Tyrell Ave. I have to go outside everyday to pick up trash from people that drive to and from the Valley View Apartments. I live on the corner of Tyrell Ave and Salt Springs Rd.

This isn't a garbage or rat issue. As code enforcement can back up this is a new issue. Since yesterday the bricks are bowing out, shifting,cracking,the porch poles are coming off foundation and windows coming away from wall. Someone needs to come inspect this now. Worried as it just all happened that is structural and safety of people living in and next to it if building would collapse.

There's a goat living in the backyard of this house.

It's now August 3d. Grass hasn't been cut all year. Back yard, sides and front. No one lives here. No one has come or gone from this property in over a year. I live next door and am getting tired of all the rats.

Yard has not been mowed in several months.
