City of New Rochelle City Manager

I love paying 4,600 a month in mortgage and maint fees for my loft apartment and have to drive past the Homeless BUM Tent City/ compound/ shantee that is forming at the division street parking garage. CITY OF NEW ROCHELLE please do something to send the bums elsewhere!!!! what an embarrassment!! lock up the garbage cans that they pick from all over town already! ITS DISGUSTING. I WANT TO MOVE!!!!!

It's really embarassing. And I'm not talking about the pavement.

a few paving stones are missing on sidewalk in huguenot/memorial hwy park entrance. For over 6 months the entrance has been locked and blocked with Parks & Recreation barricades around it. I see people and kids climbing over the fence all the time to exit the park near that corner, Its inevitable that someone is going to slip and impale themselves pretty bad on the spike fence. If the city is so afraid of someone getting hurt, they would have just fixed the pavers and opened the gate.

Garbage locations that have caught my eyes throughout New Rochelle. From Pinebrook Blvd. corridor, North Ave corridor, Pelham Rd. Corridor, and too many streets to name. Filthy!!! Create jobs for our teenagers(over the summer)(Summer Jobs?)(YES), to Keep New Rochelle....GREEN!!! Thank you!

The small brick house at 185 Pelham Road across from Trinity School, at the intersection with Mt. Etna Road, is overgrown with weeds. We also see some old bags of cement and other things scattered on the property. House may be unoccupied, but not sure. Families walking by this house each day to Trinity school want it cleaned up.

Foul smelling, over flowing dumpsters have been placed right next to the park at the corner of Meadow Lane and Pelham Rd. The stench of the dumpsters is over powering in the park. The neighbors there have already been complaining of the odor. It's a concern that bugs, mice and rats or other types of animals will be attracted to the dumpsters and will end up in the park. There are children in the park and this can be a major problem. The dumpsters belong to the new restaurant across the street, Siete Ocho Siete. They need to remove those dumpsters or place them back in the lot across the street, where they were. It's just not right to place all those dumpsters near the park and so close to a residential area. The smell is sickening now in this summer heat.

The street lamp is broken in fornt of the hair salon, leaving it dangerous to walk by at night.
