    The blacktop on Meadow Lane in Burgaw, NC, 28425 is caving in at 5 places now and stops short of the roads end, The HOA won't do anything to repair this mess. Where can I go, what can I do. There are 3 neighbors effected by this road problem. Soon delivery trucks, UPS, FedEx, Fire Dept, Ambulance and Fire Rescue may not be able to drive this road to the end because of the poor condition, Any suggestions?

    A place in the road that water stands when it rains, all it will take to get it out is one trench in the side of road , the state no longer cuts the shoulders down the way thay use to, i can fix this my self in ten minutes, but may get ran over.
