A large metal pipe is broken and exposed on the road It was covered in leaves and my 4 year old son and I tripped and fell and have a cut as a result

There is no stop sign at the intersection of Macintosh Drive and Courtland Lane. Given the curve of the intersection, drivers don't always slow down when entering Macintosh from Courtland.

The crossing light to cross Rt. 44 from Cedar Spill Lounge parking lot towards the library on the other side does not work We pushed the buttons numerous times, and after waiting for 10 minutes, fought against the traffic and crossed This is very dangerous

The water valve cover in the road is damaged. 2/3 of it is missing which presents a safety hazard. The valve cover is located by the mailbox at Precision Auto Paint, 46 Log Road.

Please note that this is the 2nd time I'm entering a request that this safety issue be resolved. My original job request was entered on 10/4/21 and was closed the same day before the issue was resolved. I am requesting that this work order remain open until the issue is resolved.

My kid rose into this on his scooter. It did not end well. Not the biggest issue in town, I am sure, but if it can get on the books, I'd appreciate it.

Several of the trees on Greenville Avenue have limbs or broken limbs hanging on the electrical lines. I think there should be some proactive maintenance before the next storm. Thank you

The rock wall is crumbling and obstructing the side walk. It's been like this for over a year. It makes it dangerous for people walking by because you have to walk in the street.

The street light on the corner seemingly broke off the top of the pole and is lying on the side of the road in the woods. This corner becomes extremely dark at night with the trees and not much lighting on the street.
