    Directly in front of 31 Burlingame Lane and directly in front of my driveway (belonging to 6 Dolores Court) there is one (1) enormous pothole that could use some attention. Attached are three (3) pictures to demonstrate what happens after rain and in the winter in which the same thing happens after snow melt. Thank you for looking into this matter.

    Large Recession/Pothole on Burlingame Lane where you see the end of the 'driveway/boulder'. it appears your department remedied a similar size recession/pothole directly in front of 31 Burlingame Lane that I originally reported. wasn't sure if you're coming back out to reassess as the recession/pothole remains. if you need something more specific don't hesitate to contact me. I've attached pictures to show specifically the area. the other ticket that initially requested these to be fixed was archived therefore I could not respond to that and reopen it.
