Left turn and straight lanes (westbound on H) are combined, causing congested traffic waiting for left turn traffic from east bound County H. If there are too many cars waiting to turn left (south on county 10) light times out. I suggest green light on west bound before east bound turns green. (Cars going straight try to go around left turn cars; potentially causing accidents with oncoming left turning vehicles)
