Series of potholes and rough road as you are merging from I-215 onto I-80 West. It's been getting worse over the months and becomes very difficult to dodge - especially when there's traffic. Damage may have be done to my vehicle (it's stock, but still low-profile with tight suspension and low-profile tires). Please address ASAP.

My apologies for bothering you with a relatively mundane traffic issue, but I drive my kids to school each weekday, and almost without fail, cars block the intersection (facing northbound) on Foothill Drive and 1300 S. making it difficult for those heading west to make the short light. Not sure that a "Do Not Block Intersection" sign would make any significant difference, but might be worth trying? : )

Northbound and Southbound on I-215. There is an overpass just to the North of the California Avenue exit where the transition seams are extremely bad. This would be in all lanes both going south and north. Please see what you can do about this. It is so bad it could damage front ends on cars and make them loose control of the vehicle.

Light at Foothill and 1300 S. Sat through 5 cycles to turn east on 1300 S into St. Mary's with no turn arrow. Finally I made a left on a red light. Very dangerous.

100 yards or so South of the I80E/I15S junction. Spans across at least two lanes. Road deterioration with exposed rebar. Dangerously rough for stiff suspension vehicles.

The University of Utah has approximately 3 entrances to accommodate thousands of employees and students coming to campus.
Recently, a NO RIGHT TURN sign was hung at the light at Foothill and Mario Capecchi, thus it has turned this 2 lane northbound entrance into a 1 lane entrance. It is causing a huge bottle-neck problem. The merge lane is known for its fender benders and I believe that this closure will increase this problem. School will start in a few weeks and the traffic will be much heavier.
Please reconsider opening the right hand turn lane into campus. You could put a flashing yield light to alert drivers to a new cross walk and pedestrians.

This is just after I-80 from the airport meets with I-15 and before the Southbound 600 S. traffic meet with I-15. Whole middle lanes at a seam between the two road surfaces have potholes. (Gave me a flat tire.)

I would like to propose a yellow flashing arrow at this intersection. Often there are no southbound cars traveling on Foothill and the green arrow is very short. I would appreciate you taking this request into consideration.

There is a homeless encampment growing under the 600S exit ramp from I-15. It consists of a box truck, tents, a makeshift shanty, and other debris. This is both a safety issue for surrounding businesses and a fire hazard for the 600S ramp.

Sinking Roadway southbound I-15 coming off of the beck street overpass Right and center lanes. This drop off is intense and has damaged my bike racks. What is going on here?

Crossing all lanes, where two joints come together. Big holes creating nasty jolting at high speeds.
