    For several years we have had big delivery trucks driving through SW 76 St and 61 Ave . These big trucks drive through our posted “NO THRU TRUCKS” residential street to gain access to the rear roadway (SW 61 Ave) in order to deliver to La Granja restaurant that faces US1.

    I have many pictures of semi trucks driving through SW 76 St. and SW 61 Ave. Big trucks parking in front of residences, hitting trees, and driving over our new traffic circle. Some of these huge trucks are just cutting through to avoid US 1. In the past, we even had trucks from the old Win Dixie driving up 76 street to access 62 Ave on their way to US1.

    This area is a residential zone with a posted No Thru Truck sign. Please help us take back or roadway from La Granja and the semi trucks. Please come by and meet with the local residents to get a good understanding of this problem.

    Could they add a safety fence here. Every time I'm at this park with my son or I see other kids sprinting to the road and parents like myself chasing after kids because cars are flying down this road. Same way you have a fence around kid area in Dante just add a strait fence along the same path you have ur gate for maintenance. One day a kid is going to get hit by a speeding car here.

    The door immediately next to the parking lot needs to be fixed so that it self closes. Currently the door remains open after someone walks out, hence a security hazard. The self-closing mechanism needs to be adjusted so that the door closes faster and locks.

    Between SW 76 St and SW 80 St, routine running of stop signs, with little to no enforcement. A matter of time before a person, vehicle, pet is killed or maimed. I see this incident so regularly it infuriates me and many of us are SO frustrated with the lack of regular enforcement actions.

    Why did we cancel the gas leaf blower ordinance? Those who like chasing leaves around and running these noisy machines just don’t care.

    Isn’t there such a thing as noise pollution!? My intersection has been a concert of non-stop leaf blowing for years. It just doesn’t ease up! Hired land keepers don’t care about the unnecessary overuse of these noise polluting blowers!

    Thank you for taking a few steps backwards to continue this typical disregard for peaceful communities
