NO WATER AGAIN

This house always has trays of baked goods in front of the house and fence. I have seen rats.

the tree in front of my house NEEDS to be cut down! I have requested this for 5 years. it is almost completely dead, branches the size of a small child constantly fall from it, and it is damaging vehicles.

Most of the street has trash spilled from sloppy trash pickup drivers

We recently have seen a number of rats (7841 Randy). We have trapped and killed 5 since Saturday 7/14. We would like to have someone come out and take a look at our neighbors specifically along Ann Arbor trail house # 30151 who has a number of broke down vehicles and a lot of debris between their garage and fence. Several neighbors along Donna who back up to our yard to not pick up dog feces and feed birds, which in our opinion have made this rat issue surface.
A number of rat burrows have formed in our yard when we previously have not had a rodent issue like this in our 20 yrs living here.

Neighbor’s large Elm tree next to street (between sidewalk and Melvin Ave.) is half dead and reaching over both of our homes. Needs to be cut down before a big storm causes greater problems.

The block of Lacrosse St. did not have pick up of tree/leaves bags/cans. Still sitting on curb.

I went to CVS yesterday evening around 6pm. I was on the phone in my vehicle and I parked and talked for about 10 minutes before I went in the store. In that 10 minutes someone in a white van (with no side windows) pulled into the space next to mine. They pulled up far enough so that if I were to look over I wouldn't be able to see in their van. After about 5 minutes they moved to another,further away, space where I could still see their van. I felt uneasy so I moved to a closer spot near a light before going in. When I walked out (after being in the store nearly a half hour) the van was still there. The second I stepped outside their break lights came on. As I headed to my car they slowly pulled out of their spot and moved toward mine. I hurried to my car, got in, locked the drove and drove away as they were heading in that direction. I looked in my review mirror and they had pulled into the spot next to where I had been parked. The person parked. I was going to get gas at the BP next door but decided against it because I was not comfortable. It just seemed very odd to me and I felt nervous. I just wanted others to be aware and on alert.
