    Behind the residence at 8390 Cypress Ct, a segment of the Village Parkway residential wall is tilting toward the sidewalk. I am concerned about its structural integrity. The wall’s deflection measures at a rough 10 degrees maximum and spans across several wall posts. Furthermore, multiple crack lines run up the bricks from the bottom center between posts. Please inspect. Besides this critical section, there are parts of the wall within the vicinity that may also need maintenance. There are wooden boards missing from the posts, spalling on the bricks and exposed rebar. Please check these areas as well. Thank you for your time.

    Ground squirrels have taken over the side of the hill leading to our backyard and are causing damage to our lawn and plants. They are now making their way into our home. We can hear them in the floor and occasionally in the wall in our office room. Their droppings are everywhere and they are now tearing up our front yard. Clark Pest Control says there's too many for them to deal with plus it's on city property. Alameda county vector control came out and accessed the situation and said to contact you since it's on city park property. Please help!

    Street light at the intersection of Newfields Ln and Penwood Lane not working. Pole Number 8738

    Issue ID: 13358727 reported on 09/04/2022 closed stating ongoing conversion to LEDs. The issue I reported was after the completion of conversion at reported location. Please do the needful to repair the streetlight. The intersection is very dark without this light and we are concerned about safety. Thanks for your attention and timely action.

    I made a request two weeks ago to have the Alamo Creek Park lights adjusted for the end of Daylight Saving Time. Only the restroom lights were subsequently adjusted. The parking lot and light poles throughout the park were NOT adjusted. The park is completely dark at 5:15 p.m. except for the restrooms. Please set all lights to go ON at 4:45 p.m. or better yet, please install a "Dusk-to-Dawn" sensor for them. Thank you!

    Bolt is coming loose. Dangerous. We put a sign up (but only had a yellow permanent marker). The sign is table in middle of spider web seat swing. I called also.

    village parkway. This street connects San Ramon to Dublin, runs right in front of Dublin High School. Everytime going out for a walk, feels like I'm going through a time machine. The pavement is beautiful and clean in San Ramon, that is until you pass the creek.

    This patchwork, or maybe sanding down work, is extremely unsafe! Obviously the city acknowledge the problem, tries to sand it down; the result is a roller coaster at best. There are rubberized tiles and uneven surfaces that is at least 3 inches difference in height.

    It's a dangerous street to go out for a walk with your kids, family, or a stroller.

    Kolb Park tennis court (west, street-side) net post winch:
    The screw drive is cocked so that it may not engage the gear drive, as shown in picture. It was stuck so the net could not be pulled. We took out the assembly and fixed it enough so that it works for now. I'd advise the maintenance department to order a new one into your inventory, so that you will be able to replace if the assembly breaks down again.

    This open service hole has been like this for about two years. Yes, two years. It has cones around it that say City of Dublin. A proper cover should be put over the access hole and the cones removed. The City of Dublin, so far, has just "archived" this problem. No resolution. If this is not the problem of the city, then PLEASE figure out the responsible party and communicate with them instead of passing the buck or doing absolutely nothing. This is both an eyesore and a safety hazard. PLEASE, PLEASE, fix this. This is near the corner of Fallon and Bent Tree. The building in the background is the Fire Station.

    1037 Twin Oaks Ct, Redwood City: No response from Redwood City! URGENT! Get trash cans off of street! Trash cans permanently left on street at 1037 Twin Oaks Ct! Reported countless times before, but still there! Please remove immediately and do not mark this completed until all are gone! Please keep bins out of sight except between 12 noon the day before collection to 12 noon the day after collection as per Redwood City code. All garbage, recyclable, and yard waste bins must not be visible from any public street, sidewalk, or place, after the collection date has passed. Bins must be stored in the rear yard out of public view. Reported countless times, but still on street! Please remove immediately and do not mark this completed until all are gone! What is the case number and what is being done about this?

    Some people stay in the clover park after dark, drink and break the bottles on sidewalks or park benches. Needs more lighting and probably a check by Dublin police to ensure people are not staying after dark.
