Bicentennial into Kaiser Hosp.

Since City Public Works added the center Yellow/Plastic pole dividers sometime in fall of 2011, the traffic east bound & left turn into Kaiser Hosp. has been backed up almost to the N. 101-Bicentennial exit. The left turn lane into the Hosp. now takes up 2-lanes in some mornings which blocks some driver that needs to go straight. This is the worse intersection NOW - combining traffic that needs to turn right onto Venture Ave. to get to the County court house area or the Sheriff's office.
