drug dealing bully Archived3126 21st St San Francisco, CA 94110, USA - Missionlarge latino man "steve" is always out side this old lady's house yelling profanities and threats up and down the street.
i believe he squats in the old lady's house, i've seen her kick him out before but he's always there.
every time i walk by, "steve" tries to sell me drugs and random junk (vhs tapes, stereos), and after i politely decline, he'll get a little aggressive and go back to his profanity, threats and name calling.
he and his loaded "friends" have a weekly yard sale in front of the old lady's house, i live in the neighborhood and walk down this street quite often, he is always there being rude and aggressive. -

1-1600 S Van Ness Ave San Francisco, CA 94110, USA - MissionThe speed limit on South Van Ness is 25 MPH(it will not be changed). The majority of vehicles travel above the speed limit, but although informed, the SFPD & the SFMTA do little or nothing to solve the problem. Mission residents, especially children and the elderly, are at significant risk.
