    There are numerous pot holes located all along Oakport Street, and it appears that with all of the rain, the pot holes are becoming bigger and more frequent. This is becoming increasingly worse for all of the people who travel this road daily.

    There is a drug addict and prostitution encampment directly across from the boys and girls club on international in East Oakland. Police drive by it daily and do nothing.

    Homeless encampments between 85th Avenue and 81st Avenue on San Leandro street . My children have been harassed and are now afraid to use the public sidewalks to get to the BART and back home to and from school. Please address the homeless issue in that area. It is unsafe and I don’t want either of my daughters harmed while using that thoroughfare.

    Yesterday a ball came flying in front of my car from that encampment for the second time. The people have no regard for safety. They hop the rail to jaywalk across that busy street as well. ... and their visitors stop in the middle of the roadway to engage in conversation with no regard for incoming traffic.

    There has been a large amount of trash dumping on the exit ramp to seminary ave off 580. The entrance ramp to 580 west at mountain Blvd and MacArthur to 580 east is also constantly covered in trash. I believe someone is constantly dumping trash there. Cleanup and surveillance is called for. Thank you.

    Cars are constantly speeding up and down the street and disregard the stop signs. The street should have more/larger speed bumps, signs. There should be a better way to stop the speeding.

    We have been watching a homeless encampment on International Blvd. at 85th Avenue grow larger by the day. Tents have been erected, garbage piles up and prostitution, drinking and drug use are in plain sight. While sitting in our vehicle waiting for the light at the intersection to change, we watched a man bend over & defecate on the sidewalk. We then saw a woman get up and off a man's lap and wipe herself. This "activity" is only two blocks from the Rise Community School with young children passing by daily. The sidewalk camping has been in place for over a month and goes ignored by law enforcement & other city departments.

    Someone unloaded a dump truck sized load of trash in the G street alley next to a residential home on 89th avenue. Cars can't pass through.

    We have very few green spaces in Oakland. Human waste will go into our waterways. This is blighting our community.

    This is not a sustainable solution for anyone.
