Large amount of homeless living on and around the property and in the surrounding bushes. Large amount of drug activity. The address 3808 is actually a shed behind the main home which I do not think is a legal address. Untagged vehicle in the yard. Homeless are using the bathroom in the surrounding bushes which boarder my home.

What is being done about the coyote infestation? I understand the city has a trap & release program with the cats, where pharoah cats are caught & spayed or neutered & put back where they came from. This procedure is to keep the population of the animal down. so, why then are coyotes allowed to roam the streets of St. Pete preying on any thing they want & their population is not kept under control. I understand that there are no more raccoons or oppossum in Fort Desoto because of the coyotes. Are we going to wait until every species of animal is eradicated from St. Pete before we do something? Why are the pharoah cats being trapped & released, so they can be eaten by a coyote.

As a van delivery driver, I keep encountering a large motor home stored, sometimes with rear attachments on this dead end road. Also, other cars blocking. I have not been able to safely back out of the driveway opposite this vehicle. It looks like there are 2 large driveways on this property that could be used to park. Thank God I do not drive a fire truck! I almost backed into a boy on a bicycle that I could not see behind the motor home. This was extremely upsetting. There is a large gate and fence that looks like it has been hit quite a few times. Maybe a no parking sign within so many feet would work on the gate? I am trying to remain accident free and reported this to my boss. I found out that there isn’t any HOA in this county neighborhood. Please consider a fix for this dangerous situation.

The traffic light on the intersection of 62nd Ave N and 25th St N is not configured properly. During rush hour in both the AM and PM, the busiest traffic on 62nd Ave is often stopped for extended periods of time while very few cars come out of the two neighborhoods. Additionally, the light will separately stop the East bound traffic while the westbound traffic sits idle and then alternate and stop the westbound traffic while the eastbound traffic sits idle which backs up traffic needlessly on this very busy road. There doesn't ever seem to be enough cars coming out of the mobile home park or the neighborhood on the north side to justify such long delays of the traffic on 62nd Ave.

Alley flooded from the little bit of rain we just had. It’s worse than before. We have been dealing with this for 7 months. Something needs to be addressed. I don’t even care if you fix it and split the amount between all properties. IT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED.
