    just to the east of the harbour walk way is a garbage receptacle. It is the type with the wooden slats around the bin. It has been vandalized with the slats removed and the screws still intact and pointing out. This is a danger should a child or pet fall into the side of the container. The one at the East end of the walk has been vandalized too.
