After heavy rain(It has happened twice in the last six months) This area(Spring Valley Cove) has a terrible flooding issue. You are unable to pass through into the homes or out of the homes!!! I do not want to wait until there is a real emergency before this problem is fixed. No way emergency vehicles can get in or out! My son, daughter-in-law, and 16 month old GRANDSON lives at 3514 Spring Valley Cove. PLEASE help!!!!(My son has plenty of pictures!)Greg's email is greg.staton@pbsgc.com THANKS

The stop light's on North First Street going towards Vandenburg Blvd. on both sides of the freeway need to be redone to lengthing and synchronize the timming of the lights. If the length of time the trun lanes were allowed to go were lengthed then traffice would would flow much better. You don't have near enough time at either light because of the heavy volume of trafic either comming or going to the base. They both need to be synchronized and lengthed to relieve traffic in all direcitons.

NEW MSG: well now with construction going on, maybe someone will put up a better left hand turn signal, someday. OLD NOTES: John Harden Drive at Vandenberg Drive needs left turn signals. It's unsafe to make a left turn going towards the base or going towards hwy 161. When J.H. dr. Is loaded with cars on both sides of vandenberg & hwy 161, you have to race your car to make the left turn & most of the time the light turns yellow & then red quickly.

Until Federal or State funds are aquired U.S. 167 from Redmond Road up to the Air Base Exit really needs to be repaved. The road is in horrible condition. This causes cars to bump around and become unsafe. A simple but good asphalt overlay would correct alot of the issues until the freeway can be replaced. This might also temporarily prevent some of the flooding around the James Street Bridge.

NEW MSG: NO Change, NO New Speed Limit Signs Posted. Old Msg: On Graham Rd (going east) Between Loop Rd & Graham Acres Rd, what is the spped limit? When you turn on to graham rd off of loop rd it's 35 mph, but till when? Way down the road, the speed limit turns to 45 mph. On graham rd theres open fields on left side, & some homes on the right. Why it is 35 mph for such a long distance? Maybe another speed limit sign need to be posted on each side of the road half way between the 35 and 45 speed limit sign so drivers will know the speed llimit is 35 till they get to the 45 sign. When I drive through that area, people are walking on the street & getting mail, & other drivers are always passing me when the limit is 35. Giving tickets I don't think will do much good. I hope something can be done.

NEW MSG: I suppose now with the construction going on, construction workers will put up a light, so drivers can see where to enter. After Madden Road in Jacksonville Ar. there is an on ramp to get on to Hwy 67/167, & there is NO lighting at or near this on ramp to see where to enter. Only if you are driving slow will you see on ramp. It is pitch black dark is this area & ON RAMP & is very dangerous for all drivers is both lanes, being this is a two way road. Please add a light at this on ramp area.

This area is in need of street lights in the center of the median. This area because of the larger number of trees get's very dark at night especially in the winter when the sun set's earlier and more traffic is present. Adding lights from the stop light at Marshall Road to the stop lights at John Harden Dr. would greatly improve the safety of the area. Many deer are in the area as well so more lighting would help drivers see these animals.
