    The bike path has become very dangerous to use due to the numerous sections that have deep pockets of sand. More and more bicyclists are weaving off and on the path to avoid the pockets. Only a matter of time before there is an accident.

    Center Street is a public street where many residents do not have driveways.

    Photo 2: Landrover parked right against privet hedge on rear of 22 Broadway -- as you can see due to the encroaching hedge there is not enough room for work trucks, landscape trailers, or larger commercial vehicles to pass through. This results in either the trucks trying to squeeze through potentially causing damage to vehicle or to the fence at 18 and 20 Center street -- or the trucks have elected to try to back up Center street which is a potential danger not only to property along center street but also the children who typically run, bike and play along this road

    Photo 3: This is the rear of 22 Broadway -- the hedge in question. The property line extends along the edge of the house. You can see this privet over time is now 24 inches or more into public way -- again causing parking problems.

    Reported last summer, but still no repair. This pothole has become significantly larger and is posing a hazard for cyclists and cars alike.

    The soil and vegetation are covering a portion of the sidewalk creating a bottleneck for pedestrians in this very busy corridor. This simple fix would improve safety as pedestrians are now stepping out into the street when people are walking in each direction. Thank you.

    The Raceway Drive bike path has not been maintained since it was built. It is covered in several inches of sand and brush is blocking it. Bikers and walkers are forced out onto a very busy roadway making for a very dangerous situation and a huge accident waiting to happen.

    Privet hedge exceeds three feet tall within fifteen feet of the intersection. The vegetation creates a dangerous situation by obstructing driver sight distance. The problem is compounded by the heavy volume of truck traffic.
