The road was torn up to lay a water line for a new house being built. However the repair done to the road left a significant divot across the road. This section of the road causes a large about of noise and vibration when large vehicles drive thru, to the point it wakes me up in the night. I'm also concerned with the long term affects of the older homes foundations in this area if the problem continues.

I don't know who decided to have the north bound on ramp at I-15 on in the evenings. Maybe before you just turn things like this on you should look at the surrounding streets. This on ramp meter has caused a large amount of backup on 3300 So. West bound. It has also caused 300 West south bound at 3300 so.to backup also. Maybe there should be 2 cars per green because the traffic is not moving. Please email with your solution to this problem. sharpteck3@gmail.com

You cannot see the lines on the lanes in Lehi in either direction; when are you going to paint them? It is a hazard.

There is a height difference between the asphalt and the concrete in the second lane from the right traveling westbound (the middle lane). When you travel that lane going the speed limit and hit that area it feels and sounds like you've done damage to the vehicle.

There are two tags under the highway, on West Temple (West side of street) One is all the way up the incline, the other is just above the sidewalk.

When large vehicles cross in either direction it causes a tremendous noise and shaking inside of the business. It is our hope that the transition is improved to reduce the troubling effects. In many cases items are dislodged from vehicles and truck beds creating unsafe conditions as debris ends up in and around the roadway. Your timely consideration is appreciated.

Curb has sunken so there is no water flow. Water backs up over curb and goes into AT&T box, then into conduit and come out into our basement in building. The soil behind curb has eroded away.

I would like to request an engine brake or jake brake restriction zone on Highway 191 beginning from Old Airport Road (near Legrand Johnsons yard) going South for about 3 Miles if possible. I own 7 vacation rentals in the area and one of the largest complaints are the engine brakes in that area. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Due to added cars on the road, we see pockets of traffic queue up every morning during peek hour some time back up to I-80 main road for north bound right turn to state street. I suggest to allow the middle lane be able to right turn since both the left turn to south and straight lane every morning have no traffic at all, either no cars or only a few. I saw cars not willing to wait and drive in the middle lane up to front and just turn right once lights turns green. The suggested change will allow traffic over there get better and reduce road rage.
