North Lake Seminole and Surrounding Neighborhoods

An illegal fence is bifurcating the county right of way, preventing the use of an urban, scenic path. The fence is preventing people from walking along the Seminole Bypass Canal

the contractors you hired left a large amount of tree lims, fence, waste on my property. I had nothing there and now my yard looks like @#$%. Grass destroyed, pics will follow.

Recliner chairs and trash bins are in front yard in the weather. They have been there for over 3 months. Need to be disposed of at landfill.

traffic light is for 2 office buildings parking lots on each side of the road. This light should be blinking yellow after business hours and or on the weekends. But its not! It is mostly red when driving east or west on bryan dairy, so you have to stop and wait for the sequence when nothing is there.
not very cost effective for fuel or wear and tear on a vehical. The traffic light is just west of the train tracks. There is already 3 traffic lights between belcher rd and starkey rd on bryan dairy and that's not including the actual main intersections so if this one for the businesses it should be flashing yellow during none business hours.

Rusted out boat trailer in Lake Seminole at the rear of residence. Trailer on a foam type base, neighbors report this base is deteriorating and pieces are floating off into Lake Seminole. Trailer is not only an eye-sore but environmentally hazardous to Lake Seminole.

Purple Haze has a part on April 20th of every year. They blast music for 10 hours that causes the windows in neighboring houses to shake. I am in the neighborhood behind them and work from home and cannot hear over their noise. Whenever I call to ask them if they can turn it down the owner gets an attitude about it. The entire neighborhood is suffering from this including people who have young children that are impacted by this. I have been up since 4 am for work and I am tired of listening to this and having no ability to do anything about it because it is unincorporated and there are no legal ramifications. Please stop giving this man permits to make life miserable for everyone within a 5 mile radius. I have tried speaking to him and he doesn't care about the community or the people he is impacting.

Thank you for your quick response to the pot hole issue. Could not believe your quick response. The street is very private and local tree services are dumping their cuttings in the ditch. We paid to have the last pile removed but can't afford to continue. We need to have the debris cleared and prevent this illegal dumping in the future. Also the drainage ditch needs to be cleaned out in front of the property.

INOPERABLE VEHICLE ABANDONED IN FRONT YARD

Heading eastbound the railroad track has a severe bump, all 3 lanes are like this and it's ridiculous that this can't be fixed during the construction phase of this lengthy Ulmerton project. This is an easy fix by adding some asphalt where car tires meet the rr tracks. I've seen people swerve into other lanes or slam on their brakes when approaching these bumps. Please fix ASAP!
