The entire grassy perimeter of Overbrook School for the Blind, including their parking lot, is being used and has been used as a doggie "dumping ground". Spring is coming, it will warm up and the strong aroma of dog feces will again permeate the neighborhood. The $300 fine signs are posted but because there is no enforcement many people do not pick up behind their dogs. It is disgusting !

    Many people walk their dogs around the perimeter of Overbrook School for the Blind. There are quite a few mostly with large dogs who do not pick up after them even though the $300 fine signs are posted. The fine is not enforced and calling them out has not helped. The students at the school are taught to navigate with their canes around the school. This is entirely unacceptable. 2 young men walk their pitbulls one white dog & one dark around 9-10 AM and 7-8 PM AND NEVER PICK UP AFTER THEM.

    PEOPLE CONTINUE TO WALK THEIR DOGS AND LEAVE THEIR FECES AROUND THE PERIMETER OF OVERBROOK SCHOOL FOR THE BLIND AS WELL AS AROUND THE PARKING LOT FOR EMPLOYEES WHICH IS LOCATED ON MALVERN AVE DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE SCHOOL.
    THE BLIND STUDENTS PRACTICE WALKING WITH A CANE AROUND THE SCHOOL SO THIS PRACTICE IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
