Walklight signal pushbuttons broken/missing

Pedestrian walk signal pushbottom POST missing by the oil change shop, Pushbutton at drug store doesn't seem to work at all, pushbutton at the eyeglass/hearing aid shop is physically broken as if struck by a hammer.

How is a pedestrian to cross Altamont from the bus stop near the oil-change shop?
