Near South Side

There is a "manhole" on the sidewalk in front of the building at 216 W. 23rd St 60616 (Chinatown) which has a defective cover. It no longer stays or locks in place, and can easily be removed. If someone steps on it, it can allow their leg to fall through. A child can probably fit and fall completely into the hole. Tentants of the building have called in several times but nothing has been done.

There had been work being done on the water main at the Wabash & Cullerton intersection. They have dug up the road and it is covered with metal plates where the hole is. However, there has been no work done here in several weeks. In addition, there is construction material that has been on the street (it is blocked off by barricades, but it has just been sitting there). Is this work ever going to be finished?

The traffic levels during morning and evening rush hours make turning left from 18th Street to Clark Street very difficult. Left turn lanes are in place - is it possible to get left turn signals at the light?

more than 5 years working an illegal business in the direction 211w alexander st. chicago il in the basement, this person has 3 full-time workers who are responsible for making Chinese dumplings. the problem that this person sold to restaurants and people in Chinatown and other neighborhoods, most people who buy do not know the quality of their products sold, since no one checks where conditions are prepared and can have its expiration product offering. the reason for this report is because I sometimes buy him, and I got sick on 2 occasions a strong stomach pain, seek medical attention and devia told me to consume expired food or poor quality. visit this man asking him expiration date was selling the product, responding to a long time and exact date, because this person does not have a registered business does not have a hygiene and quality control. inside your business you can see glue traps for rats with some mice in the trap not removing them before work. in the basement entrance are two trash cans that reek of decaying flesh and out of the trash worms that belong to the same business. This person sells his product to friends and neighbors restaurants making it difficult to report that someone is an illegal business. it is not possible that people who eat these dumplings in a restaurant are at risk of getting sick.
