    the parking sign for street cleaning was hit by a car and is currently laying on the ground near the curb on Genoa Street. please re-install, and could you pour a bigger concrete base? the sign has been hit repeatedly by cars, the past repairs have not had a large enough concrete base to withstand the frequent hits. It's a deadend street, but people don't realize that until they drive the block, and are forced to turn around...and in process they hit the No Parking sign. thank you.

    En route to the 580 W ramp on Marlow Dr, there is a deep pothole that is 1-1.5 feet wide that has been hazardous the vehicles entering the residential area or onramp. It can cause a tire to blow out which happened to us last week on the 580 E freeway. Hoping to avoid any accidents since it is a frequently traveled road and there is not much leeway on the space to react appropriately should something happen. Thanks!

    The road and drainage gutters on Esser Ave. are so uneven, worn, and crumbling that water collects and stays puddled for up to 2 weeks after rains. Specifically eviudent in front of the residences at 1330 and adjacent. The street looks like it was marked for repair over 9 months ago, but no work has been done. When the water sets so long mosquito larvae hatch and the road deteriorates even more.

    There are often loud noises and bangs heard at night and during the day. Unsure where they are coming from but appear to be fireworks which are illegal in Oakland.
