    Manhole cover is missing, it is a drop straight down into the sewer, I could not even see the bottom. A person could easily disappear in it.

    My home backs up to Fair Oaks Park. Trees have fallen on the fence that is located behind the baseball/softball fields. This is allowing teenagers to easily jump the fence and enter by backyard.
