Traffic spped is high (80 k/h) and density high in peak hour matching bicycle edestiral peak hour. A vehicel colided with the bridge rail recently. Any pedistiral biccle cvehilce accident is liekt to invilve severe consequences. Risk of accident / indicent medium (the SUP has good visibility and is staight). Consueqnece potentially sever to extreme (broken bones, death). Action requested - install steel rail where SUP rusn immediately along OWR.. -
