This family is running a woodworking shop out of their home. There is sawing, hammering and grinding happening at all hours of the day and night. Customers coming and going.

Section of sidewalk is raised up pretty significantly probably from tree roots. Safety issue. Needs some attention. Either shaving down or replacement.

Oak St N, after rain we can swim on the Oak St.
This happened a few times this year already.
The problem also exists on the intersection Oak St - Haines Bayshore Rd and Haines Bayshore Rd.
The water is standing there for hours after rain.

On Whitney Road at Brookstone Way intersection - middle of road

Area of 58th Street N between High Point Elementary and Myerlake Cir is in total disrepair. Vehicles and Buses are driving in the middle of the road to avoid pot holes and the eroded shoulder of the road.

Lots of flooding with a little bit of rain. Going to have a big issue with a couple of full days of rain. Please come take care of this problem. Not interested in a email but willing to answering my phone if you will call me.

Traffic Light Excessively Long for this time of night, 2:30 am, Light goes Red for Roosevelt Blvd for no reason, no traffic on 62nd, then crosswalk timer counts down the 45-50 crosswalk timer, No car or pedestrian traffic warranting this behavior, can timing be changed for late night travel to not be so long

Pot hole

There are typically six to seven vehicles parked in the yard of this residence which is zoned single family. At least one of the vehicles is inoperable and is parked in the yard at the side of the house. This hme is being rented out as a rooming house with multiple tenants which change constantly. I am told they are students at a nearby college or school. Thi is a quiet neighborhood and we deserve to have the rules and ordinances enforced. A rooming house is not legal in our neighborhood. A corporation owns the home so it is not owner occupied. Just drive by in the morning or evening and an inspector will see at least six to seven vehicles parked in the yard, not in legitimate parking spots. Please investigate and advise me of your response.

The traffic signal at the end of Whitney road where it meets US 19 will rotate multiple directions except when facing north on the side frontage road. Traffic backs way up and this is a major light for those folks trying to get to the highschool and the neighborhoods on Haines Bayshore Blvd. I have watched it go every direction at least 4 times without changing on the one side heading north. This is the side that has the most traffic of all directions at that intersections. Please help.

Multiple Handicap Parking violations are occurring without enforcement. Multiple calls into the Largo Police Department is helping however there is an inconsistency on enforcement. Some officers are stating they cannot enforce on private property however most officers will ticket the vehicles. The apartment complex will not tow vehicles or enforce Handicap Parking. Violators are forcing residents with disabilities to walk extreme distances

Rain water from some street are overflowing when rains due to poor connection to main rain water drain. Water is static and unclean. perfect condition for insects to grow. water contains some waste and bottles. plants over grown like a forest. Its needs cleaning and proper slopping for rain water to flow to drain.
