    I have been warning you for years about the dangers of people speeding down Lake Lindero and the only thing the city does is send out the Sheriff which does nothing as soon as they leave.

    Last night my family got home from Thanksgiving at 8pm. We got our 2 1/2 year old out of his car seat and he bolted for the street directly in front of a car doing 40+ MPH in a 25 zone zone. We ran into the street and the car swerved just in time to miss us and our child.

    I DEMAND arhat you address the issue. My son almost died last night because the city has refused to do anything about this issue for years.

    Do I need to file a suit against the city? Does someone need to die for you to address this problem? Please tell me how we should proceed.

    Further their are over 40 new Street Posts in one block that are dangerous to motorists, in violation of the AGOURA VILLAGE Chapter 5 Outline for the lights and are an eyesore, over built, so bright that they are in violation of some AGOURA MUNICIPAL CODES 9288.2. - Exterior illumination
    All exterior lights shall be directed down and away from adjacent property.

    9393.15. - Same—Lighting.
    All lighting fixtures shall be located so as to shield direct rays from adjoining properties. Luminaries shall be of a low level, indirect diffused type and shall not exceed the height of the building.

    There are over 80 bright NON DIFFUSED LIGHTING BULBS THAT ILLUMINATE OUT SO BRIGHT THAT I FEEL THAT I AM IN A PRISON YARD IN COMPLETE VIOLATION OF THE AGOURA VILLAGE PLAN ITSELF AS WELL AS THE MUNICIPAL CODE
    Assuming that these lights conform It is such a complete eyesore that they should be replaced with downward and diffused or alternative lighting
    PLEASE CORRECT THIS REPLACE THE LIGHTING STRUCTURES TO CONFORM TO THE OTHER LIGHTING STURCTURES ALONG AGOURA ROAD WEST OF KANAN

    There are people at 8:40am on a regular basis passing my house at 35-40 MPH. It is a 25MPH zone and there are children present all over walking to school. Can you please find a way to get people to slow down before a child gets hit?

    AT 28916 Timberlane St, There is a residence that is being used as some sort of business. During the day, their employees take up 6-8+ parking spaces, which includes the front of my home. The house is not being used as a home as they arrive 8:00am-ish, and leave 5:00-6:00pm. As fAR AS i KNOW, THIS AREA IS not ZONED FOR COMMERCIAL BUSINESS. I as well as my other neighbors want our parking back! Especially myself. Original resident since 1973 who is taking care of his Father who is in a wheelchair and has Cancer/COPD/Emphysema. The people who work at 28916 Timberlane St have made it near impossible to park anywhere near OUR HOMES. I was only able to submit 1 photo, of the business-residence...my house, across the street is lined with 3-4 additional cars parked with their employees vehicles. Can something be done about them running a 8a-6p business in a residential zone and not take 8-12 parking spaces?

    Please remove the No U-Turn sign at Thousand Oaks and Argos. The new signal is inconvenient enough, but the No U-Turn sign makes it impossible to legally get to our condo without unnecessarily driving through a separate neighborhood.
