We desperately need speed bumps along Bayview Street. Cars speed up and down street despite three way stop sign.

10 mucho junk cars & trucks, storage junks parked in Bayview/Newhall streets, moving onley on street cleaned days. Owner do not live in this area. Police & dpt ignor and do not pay care or ticket. Uses up owners &renters parking spots. DPT not following 72 hour parking law rules, this is not right.I live here 9 years- no change in that time.

Subject: NOTICE OF VIOLATION Case# 11978 (4801 3rd Street)

Mr. Purvis,

On January 8, 2012 you placed a Notice of Violation for General Advertising Sign on 4801 3rd Street. This NOV is for (2) two large advertising signs placed on blighted property for Diane Wesley Smith of Bayview Real Estate. Per the NOV the owner of the property Mr. Curlee Bishop Sr. had 30 days from the date post-marked on the notice to: 1) apply for a building permit to remove the signs; or 2) request reconsideration of the NOV. Failure to act would result in $100.00 per day per sign. The 30 days from the date post-marked has now expired. Can you let me know if Mr. Curlee Bishop has 1) applied for a building permit to remove the signs; or 2) request reconsideration of the NOV? Also, per the NOV if Mr. Curlee Bishop applies for reconsideration of the NOV it would require $3,400.00 for an initial hearing.

The signs posted on this blighted property have and continue to be public eyesore. I’m requesting that if Mr. Curlee Bishop has not 1) applied for a building permit to remove the signs; or 2) request reconsideration of the NOV and paid the $3,400.00 for an initial hearing that this NOV be immediately referred to Nicholas Colla at the City Attorney’s office for failure to act and penalties of $100.00 per day per sign be accessed against the property owner. Thanks.

There are people drinking, getting drunk and loitering in this area. People sell and take drugs here. Over the years, there has been shootings, murders, and other violent/dangerous behavior. What can be done about this? Why can't ABC, the City Attorney's Office, and other agencies including police, the health dept., etc., work together to tackle this problem for the rest of the neighborhood? 1300 Fitzgerald has been an unfair burden on Bayview for the past 25 years. Something needs to be done to allow economic growth and vitality in the area.

Trash from homeless. Go to LaSalle and cashmere and walk up the slope onto the wooded area. Talk to officer sue lanvin Mann Bayview for directions if necessary.

Trash, trash, trash, in one of the famous chronic 'an plein air' spots in Bayview! Even for Christmas the trashy people don't have a minimal respect for the hood :( just right under the sign '$ 1,000.00 fine... respect Bayview' thanks to the overcrowded homes that are using streets as legal dumping sites... This time I saw the white Tacoma of the southametican 'contractor' shame on you, I can name you anytime!

Pathetic chronic scene at this corner, today just one bag... Daily dumping preferred site! Just one of the chronic sites I'm Bayview where the politicians from Pac. Height subconsciously leave their denial, remember this is illegal!
