    One of my neighbors at 311 6th Street have a off white colored dog who charges at their property line fence and pushes it over on my property. There are two issues here as the fence was placed on the property line without a variance or a building permit and their dog is out of control.

    On July 18, 2021 at approximately 3:45 pm, I was standing next to the fence, (on my property), trimming the growth from their plants hanging over on my property and the dog lunged at me over their fence. I screamed at the dog and Mr. Hoff came over. I told him they need to do something about this dog. He said it has been trouble since they got it and said it was his wife’s dog. She then started talking to me through a window and told me I should not be doing that when their dogs are out. My response was this is my property and I will stand on it when I want to. Plus I pointed out this fence was not legal as it is on the property line.

    I fear for my safety whenever I am in my yard as this is not the first time an incident like this has happened.

    The loud noise from the Mosinee Rec center is ridiculous and has been going on for several months AEven at 1030pm it's happening. ll we hear is a loud boom boom. CCan't enjoy some peace and quiet anywhere in the house. an't sleep even with a loud fan on.
