Fallen tree blocks road, sidewalk, entrance to house, a hazard to traffic on the road and to the pedestrian flow of the sidewalk. The city pole light also took a good punch when this rotten city tree fell from a city lot that had allready been reported for being overgrown.

Tires, concrete debris, trash, garbage, and the street is overgrown by thorns at the North end of N. 38th Street, City Lots owned by Richmond Public Water Works and Richmond Park and Recreation.

GIANT DEEP WHOLE IN ROAD

At the End of N 38th Street, are two City owned lots, one is Owned by Richmond City Public Water Works and the other is Owned by Richmond City Park and Recreation. These lots are strewn with piles of tires, concrete debris, garbage, trash, overgrown with briers and ivy. A sore site to the eyes.

Cemetery is overgrown with trees and brush, has been the spot of dumping and its filth is a Blight to the City and an embaresment. The sidewalk is unpassable due to being overgrown by the trees.

Sidewalk is lifted up and bulging from the roots of a tree, causing pathway to be impeded to wheelchair, and a dangerous trip hazard.
