    They are using heavy equipment to break a part a concrete slab on a few lots located on the 1900 block of League street. The process is very loud and is shaking my house on the 1900 block of Kimball street. They started work on Monday, June 3rd at or before 6:30am. The noise woke me up from sleep at 6:30am.
