With boundary realignments at Matheson Jr. High School, traffic has increased significantly in this area and at this intersection particularly. A turn signal is needed on 8000 West, both northbound and southbound. This would help alleviate back-up in the area. Currently, only 2 cars are able to turn left on a green light.

This crosswalk on 8400 West is way too dangerous for pedestrians, especially at night. I've seen cars almost hit people and I've almost been hit myself. There has already been a death on this sidewalk, and another pedestrian who was seriously injured as both were hit by cars. I've reported this problem back in February and have yet to seen any change to this crosswalk. Come on UDOT, how many more lives do we have to but at risk for you to act? Others and myself already pay taxes for the safety of the public. Add a another streetlight and a pedestrian light that warns cars to stop.

The sign at the beginning of the median has been knocked down again. This median is a very poor design. In the dark this median is very dangerous. Cars are getting high centered on it all the time. Simply putting a small yellow sick at the end is not working. New ideas needs to happen with it. The median itself is blocking traffic into the arbor park business complex. It needs at least a bigger sign the large yellow and black plate.

Eastbound to turn north always backs up for several blocks at the intersection of 7200 West and 3500 South. Could we get some efficiency there?

Please install a left-turn arrow at 3100 S and 8400 W to turn from northbound to westbound. The traffic heading south on 8400 is so busy that only a couple cars get to turn left, and they get backed up due to children being dropped off at Cyprus High and Brockbank Jr. High. Some mornings the left-turn lane has 20 cars in it, and it takes 5 light cycles to get through.

Some people choose to go straight and u-turn which is dangerous.

a new cross walk with lights has been finished for over 2 months at 8400 W. by the Magna Recreation Center. The activation buttons have been covered ever since and it is not working. Why hasn't it been activated? Students and patrons of the Center have to dodge cars to cross 8400 West, a State highway.

This intersection is very dangerous to cross at, especially at night. There has been one pedestrian that has been hit, yet UDOT won't do anything about the lighting issue.

There are numerous potholes on 8400 West between 2700 South and 8300 south on the southbound side of the highway

This meridian (the middle concrete strip) is causing problems. I know you've already been contacted on this issue before. You guys say there isn't enough evidence to support a need to remove it. Let me tell you, it's a miracle no one has crashed... Yet. Drivers almost hit each other since there isn't another way of escape when you're stuck. Plus, going out of Walmart is interesting since there's an arrow point us towards the left even though that meridian makes it hard to do so. I don't understand what that's there for, and neither do other drivers. Please fix this before an accident happens.
