1077 S. Main St 2nd Floor have been leaving their BIG dogs feces all over S. Main St.. Numerous neighbors have complained. They've been notified and are hiding out for now. We all know that will end soon. It's just a matter of time? There is feces contaminating the marked area and they have yet to pick it up. This is not one or two spots .. it's more like twenty to twenty five huge droppings just left on the sidewalk. It is impossible to walk in this area, you have to walk in the street to avoid
