Seville Neighborhood

Zoning enforcement needed for 4 abandoned, inoperable, nuisance vehicles on private property.

A large RV is being stored on cinder-blocks in the front-yard landscaped area at this address. This is really an eyesore and nuisance and is making the neighborhood look like a trailer park instead of a single-family subdivision. Please address this zoning violation and recommend the residents store at an RV storage facility instead of their front-yard.

There is an old rusty, junky-looking hot-tub in the side yard of this residence. It has been sitting there for at least 3 months. Please notify residents to remove this neighborhood eyesore.

The sprinkler timing is way off. It is 330 in the afternoon on sunday, there are more than 30 people here,and the sprinkler system here at the Seville park has come on twice in two different sections causing us and others to vacate the grass area in which we were having a baby shower and birthday. Others were also flying kites and playing ball.
This is an ongoing problem at this paticular park since we have moved in and It needs to be taken care of. We will be pursuing this issue until it is taken care of here at the Seville park. We appreciate your assistance in the matter.

Unhitched trailer parked on city street. NM license #30900-RVC. This is in violation of § 8-5-1-38 (A) UNHITCHED TRAILER ON PUBLIC WAY. It has been here for at least a couple of days.
