    This individual has had vehicles parked in his front yard since he moved in years ago. Nobody says anything. It's time to end this. The violation I am posting right after this one post is THE REASON why.
    I have *never* driven by this address and NOT seen a vehicle parked on the front yard.
    So please don't waste my time by saying "no violation observed" on such and such a date and time. It will take no time to spot it if you *happen* to drive by the one time was no vehicle on the yard. Check again. I promise you will see it within any one day period.

    I have reported this ongoing yard sale multiple times in the past. As usual, the complaint gets marked "he City of ABQ has received this issue. It is registered as service request xxxxx".
    I want this issue fixed FOR REALZ. This property is a rental that has been a source of multiple violations over the years and it is an abomination that the city refuses to do it's job and resolve the obvious issues for which there is proof of, like this one.
    DO NOT automatically close this issue, like you do most other issues. I will close it when the problem is resolved. In the mean time, I will continue to post weekly photos of this violation which is CLEARLY spelled out in city Zoning code. I can provide those specifics should whoever handles this filing is incapable of figuring it out themselves.
    Oh...and by the way...these people only do this on the weekends. Usually Saturday.
    The last residence that did this wound up cutting back to Sunday's only because he knew the city wouldn't come out and inspect on Sundays imply because they are off on Sundays.......I don't want to hear that bs excuse again. But these people do this on Saturdays anyway, so that shouldn't be an issue if the job is done correctly.

    This address is a rental and has a history of problems and complaints. The older yellow vehicle in the driveway is unregistered. Has no tags. We have let that "slide" as the property has been reasonably kept otherwise.
    Now they are parking in the front yard and have junk in the front yard.
