    I reported this tree as being a problem last year. It now has a branch that is hanging by a "thread". I can't pull it down but it will fall down eventually. I need your help to remove this dead hanging branch and trim other dead branches off of it. Missletoe is still killing this tree and I would recommend removing the entire tree so I can replace it.     This Laurel Oak has weathered several hurricanes, had many branches and limbs damaged and cutoff as needed. And now Mistletoe is infesting it and slowly killing off the rest of this tree. It should be inspected and (not trimmed) REMOVED.

    I will gladly accept one or two LIVE OAKS in its place similar to what is in the easement of my neighbor (#1101) easement to help promote shade and the canopy effect for this neighborhood.

    Please help by confirming my suspicions that it is dying, remove it and the stump, preparing the easement for the newer trees and helping me bring those replacement trees into place.

    The sooner we do this, the faster they will have a chance to grow and compliment the neighborhood.

    The roadway width is 24 feet. Because cars park on the street where there is no parking allowance, the passable area is only 18 feet in width making it very dangerous for two cars to safely pass each other.
    There are a few parking spaces indented at the corner of Clay St.
    The apartment complex has a parking garage so there is no need for tenants to park on the street.
    Also as shown in the photo, cars are illegally parked on the opposite side.

    A resident reported a broken hand hole cover located on the southeast corner of S Orlando Ave and Camellia Ave. The box says "Metro-Signal System". I spoke with our traffic control department and they believe this is old fiber optic belonging to Orange County.
