    There's been water running down both sides of the 219th St SW for a few months. At first I thought it was run-off from rain or a sprinkler but it hasn't stopped and it always starts in the same place (slightly different places on either side of the street but always in the same place on that side). Now, it's causing a lot of ice to form on the street.

    I'm wondering if it's a leak in a water pipe that's under or near the street.

    Clearly abandon blue Volkswagen (Golf?) with bad plates or tabs has been sitting there covered in junk for over a year now. Facing east on the south hand side of the road. It has been there so long homeless people or drug addicts have moved into the bushes behind it and are now throwing their garbage on the street. There is a tunnel in the bushes where they live or hang out. Please tow the car and shut that drug den down. We drive past the ugliness daily. It's on a popular main street by a retirement community. Thank you.

    PS: the house behind it may be full of drug addicts or squaters as well. Look into it, it's in very bad living conditions.

    Signal pole on NW corner may have been hit? The pole's pedestrian signal housing is open, and the pedestrian display module is missing. The luminaire on the top of the pole is laying on the ground adjacent to the pole.

    The women's bathroom at Lake Ballinger not only smells awful but the only light is flickering badly. If there could be some way to hold the door open (perhaps a trash can, to hold baby diapers and other trash?) as well as a new light bulb, that would be great.

    Tent set up with garbage starting to collect at bottom of off ramp. This is just the beginning unless it is efficiently handled. Thank you for all that you do to keep our neighborhood safe and clean .
