Pothole City cont'd Archived85 Pattison Ave Philadelphia, PA 19148 - Marconi Plaza-Packer ParkThe thing about this part of Pattison Ave that connects to S. Delaware Ave is that it is by far the fastest route to take to reach the Sports Complex in south philly. But make sure you have plenty of fix a flat cans in your vehicle cause your going to need them. The state of disrepair on this street is an embarrassment to the city of philadelphia. It could reduce so much traffic in south philly but people don't utilize it because some parts of the street are missing in chunks! That's right. I wrote chunks.

Cat lady health hazard Archived440 Durfor St Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - Pennsport-Whitman-QueenOwner at this address keeps large bowls of cat food outside the house, as well as a covered litter pan (there seems to be a cracked basement window for their cat, at least, to go and out) -- there are pigeons, rats, and who knows what there at all hours of the day. It makes much of the block smell of cat urine (I guess from the outside box), but I'm most concerned about the vermin being attracted -- this must be heaven to roaches at night. Is there a way to cite them for a health hazard?
