This parking lot is an eyesore, dangerous, and probably unhealthy because the management of Edgewater Gardens encourages illegal dumping in and around the dumpsters by not keeping the area clean or patrolled. Construction vans come and dump debris in (and around) the apartment's dumpsters. In addition, the recycling dumpsters have not been emptied since before Dec 20, 2009 (it is now Jan 4, 2010). Tenants either stockpile recyclables in their apartments (my solution) or add to the mound of garbage around the proper receptacles, where many of the loose items blow away, some towards Takanassee Lake.
