Wheatfield HOA

There is, what appears to me, to be a small sinkhole developing. The sinkhole is located off of Wheatfield Way in the grass area between the street and sidewalk and in between Golden Grain Court and Rolling Meadows. It is near the stream area. IT is about 4-5 inches deep and approximately 2 feet across. It is located on the right side of Wheatfield Way if you moving towards Long Gate Parkway.

Part of the Tree was struck by lightening awhile back. The rest of what is left is dying, diseased and looks rough. Thinks it needs to be removed.

The end of Brittany Drive going South toward Stonecrest has a very deep ditch that has gotten worse with all the snow we had this winter. It's on the right side if you are going south for a good stretch before the Stop sign. This is a concern bc it poses a safety issue for walkers (school age kids esp), joggers and cyclists. Since we don't have side walks on our street and people drive too fast on this end of Brittany already; the ditch needs to be filled for the safety of all. We have a dead tree at the intersection of Harvest View Ct and Wheatfield Way. Please remove/plant a replacement tree.

County tree has fallen on a standing vehicle. No injuries, only possible damage to vehicle. Please do the needful.

Resident said she's been calling about an uneven sidewalk for several years, she said it was supposed to be completed in July.

This used to take the stormwater away from the street. It doesn't work anymore. Trees have grown in the gully and the rocks forming it have moved around so much that they block the flow.

Pothole is on Rolling Meadows and Cornflower Ct. Chains from snow plow spun when stuck.

I wasn't sure in which category to report this issue. The lawn is growing over the curb, so much so that it is no longer visible. The other picture is for comparison to the other side of the street.

Stacks of bases for construction barrels have been left behind, in addition to a pile of debris dug up during the project. It appears someone has propped a few of the bases up to perhaps get the attention of the owner.
