North Impala Drive -- routinely neglected. 2333 W. Vine Drive was a welcomed annexation by the city several years ago, yet the city neglects their portion of North Impala Drive. The county plowed around Irish Elementary School on Irish and Cherry Streets. Yet the county neglected the southern end of North Impala Drive.
