    The house and yard are over flowing with trash to the point where the back door can not be closed and the homeowner stays out side or is never home. Yard is over grown and mess. We have had rat issues for the last year because of this house and it has only gotten worse.

    I recently bought a house on the northeast side of Race Rd in Elkridge. I'm extremely concerned about the speed in which cars and large trucks (Coca Cola, Schmidt Bakery, etc) fly down this road. The area of concern is where the speed limit drops from 30mph to 25mph. People easily go 40-50 mph in the 30mph zone and definitely do not slow down when it changes, so most people are going double the speed limit though a residential area with narrow lanes and without side walks. There are several children, pets, and blind driveways in this section. I feel like I could get hit every time I turn onto my road. I'm not saying that the entire road needs traffic calming, but it should at least when it turns in the 25 mph zone.

    We have received concerns about trucks on Hanover Road in the Elkridge area of the county. Hanover Road (between Old Washington Rd. & High Tech. Drive) is posted with no trucks over 5T GVW. signs on both ends. The sign at High Tech. Drive however is covered with overgrowth and not clearly visible for enforcement purposes. I was hoping that the overgrowth could be trimmed back. Most of the trucks that travel illegally on Hanover Rd. come from High Tech. Drive so it's important the sign is visible for trucks traveling westbound on Hanover Rd.

    This has been an ongoing problem all winter/spring. The potholes seem to be multiplying and create a hazard when driving, as there isn't anyway to avoid them. This not only effects workers using this road, but it is also a bus route.

    Illegally draining water from an underground water source onto a unapproved water course. Water pools in front of my property and hasn't moved in 7 months. County refuses to put storm drain in and my front retaining wall has been seriously damaged from sitting in water for 7 months. Will also affect the value of my home down the road. Please investigate why there sump pump drains 2 gallons of water every 6 minutes like clock work.Clear violation of Md Code R405.1.2
