    I've live in this neighborhood for years and the neighbors on the corner consistently leave their dog outside for hours at a time. This dog does nothing but bark, at everything. From morning to night, if the wife isn't home, the dog is left outside and barks. I love dogs, I get it. But have consideration for your neighbors. This german shepherd mix never stops. I can't sit outside and enjoy my yard or weather because the dog barks at everything. Even when no one is out, if the dog is out, it's the squirrels or something it barks at. I'm tired of having to stay in my home and shutter all the windows shut, turn up the tv just to drown the incessant barking. I live only a couple houses down, and can't enjoy my home. Don't we have laws on this?

    You removed a blue car from the street in front of this house about a month ago. Now there is black Chevy (Impala?) that appears to have been in an accident that has no license plate and blue GM sedan that has not been moved in months and is backed up to the house. This house seems to collect beat up cars (as payment for what is sold at this house?). This appears to be a drug house and is a rental belonging to Beaver Properties in East Lansing. Lot of people are coming and going late at night.

    Back in the summer the City of Lansing came out to fix a water line broken in front of our house. Apparently it was not fixed thoroughly because water stands at the edge of our driveway and it is an awful dangerous situation, especially with all of this snow. I wish someone would come fix this issue so that water will not stand at the edge of our driveway.
    PLEASE FIX THIS SO WE WON'T HAVE A FLOODING PROBLEM.

    Group of underage teens out most nights being loud, smoking cigarettes and weed, and boxing in the street. They park their cars in front of the fire hydrant on this street, and have no consideration for neighbors.

    4122 Rivershell Lane Lansing, Michigan - Lansing

    We have had water sitting at the edge of our driveway from rainfalls & snow for almost a year now.
    It started right after the City repaired a fire hydrogen that was leaking somewhere in our neighborhood it seems. I thought it was a Board of Water & Light problem so I sent them an e-mail and they were so responsive and came right out, however it was in January and there was too much snow & and an ice build up at the edge of our driveway, so they said once the snow melted they would return, which they did. The repairman told me that it is a City of Lansing problem, and they believe it is caused because the City has not repaired a pipe in the street, almost in front of our house (4122 Rivershell) The street surface is not flat and the Board of Water & Light said they reported it to the city in 2012 that they needed to repair it, but it hasn't. I was told that could be the reason that water sits at the edge of our driveway for days before drying up and then rain or snow again. We desperately want this repaired.     Water crew and customer met about the end of driveway holding water, it is dry now and only holds water after a rain. She is to contact the City regarding this issue.
    Would you please repair this so we do not have to go through another summer with water along the curb and especially at the end of our driveway.

    This is a eyesore to the entire south Waverly area (across the street from Church Hill Downs). The grass is almost 2 feet tall and there is a a brick structure in the beginning of Glenburne. A child could get hurt there.

    3000 - 4000 Glenburne Blvd. Lansing, Michigan - Lansing
    The LENO Organization (Lansing Eaton Neighborhoods Organization) is responsible for this! President is Linda Appling. Christmas Decorations that stripes all of the light post throughout the Glenburne Blvd. needs to be taken down. The paper decorations are unraveling around the post and blowing around. It is becoming an eyesore.

  • 4132 Balmoral Dr Lansing 48911 United States - Lansing
    Sunday night 07/22/18 I had my garage door open for a short period. The next day I noticed my mountain bike was missing. I walked around the neighborhood to see if I could find it. I came upon 4132 Balmoral which is only a couple houses down from me and saw my bike sitting in the back yard along with 2-3 other bikes. I grabbed my bike and put it back in my garage. There were two kids standing outside of the house and I confronted them with a police officer. The police officer asked if they knew anything about a bike in the backyard and they denied but one of the kids hinted that his neighborhood friend had stolen it, but that kid would not come clean. The officer disregarded this and then left the scene. After the officer left, the kid that lives there came over to my driveway where I was outside and apologized to me for what his friend had done.
