    Stockford Dr. is in horrendous condition. Each year countless cold patches are applied to the grossly deteriorated surface, only lasting a matter of weeks before having to be redone again. The surface of the asphalt is deteriorated to the extent that it resembles a gravel road. Asphalt streets (depending on traffic) are projected to last only 20 years before needing resurfacing. Stockford Dr. is currently going on 30 plus years. Bottom line, the street needed to be resurfaced years ago, and homeowners are sick of the neglect.

    This property on the North side of Beecher just before Winter St. has been an ongoing eyesore for years. The front yard is mud, etc. The visible back yard is overgrown with a motor home setting in it. Certainly not a welcoming view of Adrian.
