Arlington Ave. needs resurfaced from Cedar St. to Heritage Middle School.

Many students walk to and from Heritage Middle School every day. Because the sidewalks are falling apart they have to walk in the roads. Many parents and teachers are concerned that a student is going to get hurt walking in the road! And the neighbors are concerned because the kids have to walk in their yards to stay out of the road. Please pave this road and fix the sidewalks so our kids can walk to school SAFELY!!!!

At the intersection of River Road and Thornwood Drive SW on River Road turning North or South on Thornwood, visibility form River road to Thornwood is terrible. There is a Hill South of River road, and the trees and brush obscure all traffic coming down Thornwood. Turning Left on Thornwood is extremely dangerous. There will be an accident.

I use Arlington Ave to take my son to school and the road is so bad, some days I think I may lose my entire car. This is the only road to get to the school. Please repair

road is graded wrong. water pools at slightest rain, floods road, sidewalk and driveway area. destroying road and prevents parking. crumbling road and creates large potholes.

Garfieid Ave from Obannon Ave to BelleVista Ave is really bad with potholes also.

There are 4 or 5 very large potholes on central some so deep that mud is showing

Why hasn't anything been done about the burned out building behind the Bottle Sop drive thru yet? How long is it going to set there like that bringing all our property values down? Shouldn't it be torn down by now?

This road is a major route to get from 21st to 13. Basically the entire road between these routes is in very poor condition. It cannot be good on a cars suspension.

There are numerous zoning violations being allowed at Freedom Recycling. the city does not seem to be enforcing the zoning code or the conditional restriction placed upon this business at the time the operation permit was approved. The business is openly running a scrap yard with junk vehicles being stored on premise and being allowed to operate with a conservation district which feeds the water supply for the city of Newark. I request the city leaders vist this operation and take immediate action to bring them into compliance with all statutory regulations.
