    We live off Water Filter Plant Rd. in Morganton NC. We have lived here for 10 yrs. The City of Morganton-Police Dept. frequently utilize this road as they have a shooting/practice range near our home. There is a tree nursery on this road also. The road is gravel for approximately 1/2 mile and no one ever scraps the road or puts any effort into making the road decent to drive on. My husband and myself have worked on the road but it is used by so many large vehicles it doesn't last for long. Any help dealing with the maintenance of a private road would be appreciated!

    Possible bad traffic light sensor or setting. Light won't change for cars waiting to turn left at Sosomons funeral home on to Sterling blvd towards rt 40. People are just running the light out of frustration after waiting several cycles. Needs to be looked at soon.

    This road was established in late 70s there are aprox. 30 homes on this 1 mile road, the road is nearly impassable after rains or the slightest bad weather working alive with drugs and crime the police do not patrol it because its not a state road although the people have paid taxes 40+ years the state wont pave it there are elderly people who cant get to doctor sometimes, Some are vetrans. If only one Vet. dies because he cant get to V.A. hospitol Who is the crimanal polititions or drug dealers

    As a NC resident , who lives in the county of Burke , & who is disabled I have been given the round about by the local county Government here for the past 2.5 years , regarding my civil right to live in and on my property free from dog noise nussaince noise. Our county commision passed a law that was adopted with the help from state government in Raleigh I believe. This law was passed in March of 2010 and is on our county website , and I need assistance from channel 3 to expose this cover up in my opinion , from the county manager , county commision , & sherriffs department. Please help me , my health is not good , I am a double stroke survivor who has been attempting to navigate this very frustrating , deteriorating , situation by my own ability , with the assistance of a friend/ neighbor.

    There have been alot of accidents here at these 3 intresections the intersections are dangerous, Its hard to see smaller vehicles coming around the curve when turning from Amherst Rd onto Zion Rd. There need to be one intersection not three. Rethink this and please fix it.

    We need a traffic light at the newly revamped intersection at Mull Elementary. When crossing Old Highway 18 you have to wait for turning traffic going to Patton High and Liberty Middle Schools. Please help with this problem.

    Anytime you are at any of the lights you have to sit and wait for a long time at them. Around 3:30pm the lights cause gridlock and when you call the city they say its not their problem to get over it.
