Intersection of River Landings Drive and River Edge Drive. Subdivision may be due a total resurfacing.

There are large pot holes located near 6116 River Laurel court and 6133 & 6141 River Landings Drive. As a side note the streets in general are in bad need of resurfacing completely- I think they are 27 years old.

The lot at the corner of River Boat Landings Drive and River Landings Drive is extremely overgrown. We have lots of young children who play in that "double" cul-de-sac, sometimes having to wade in for a loose ball.

Large pothole on River Edge Drive and intersection of River Landings Dr., next to 6200 River Landings Drive

We have 4 potholes on River Landings Drive before the River Edge Drive intersection. We had 2 "repaired" about a month ago in the same place. Gravel is being poured into it, but isn't made flat like the rest of the street and with enough cars going over it, the potholes return and somehow multiply.

There are 3 large potholes at the intersection of River Landings Drive and River Edge Drive. I have previously filed a claim and the potholes were filled. I think it lasted about a week. Now the holes are huge and cars have to swerve to avoid them - putting children on bikes at risk.

It seems that there is also water consistently in the hole nearest the driveway.

There is also a pothole at the driveway of 6217 River Landings Drive.
