Yesterday, they dug a huge hole at 5513 and since then have been trucking dirty from 5425 and piling it on the vacant lot at 5513 Pagewood

Recycle Pick Up Missed Again

Flooding continues to be a problem in the Larchmont neighborhood even after the completion of NSR 453 / WBS N-000385-0001-4. Many residents feel flooding has gotten worse. City of Houston and Mayor Sylvester Turner, please fix our drainage.

Grass is overgrown curb by over 13 inches

The homeless set up on 59 South, approximately two dumpsters full of trash. This looks terrible for the City of Houston

Homeless individuals are moving into the neighborhood of Larchmont. This causes great anxiety for all neighbors: fear of squatting, littering, drug use and encroachment upon the general wellbeing of law abiding, tax paying citizens.

lot hasn't been mowed

This has been leaking since August 18th. There is a blue flag on the leak but no one has come by to fix it.

This red Porsche has been left in front of a home for several days. When I passed yesterday afternoon, there was a note left by another neighbor that read “Please move this car. It has not moved in 3 days! 8/6/23 1:50 PM” (if you can zoom in on the photo it’s the paper in the lawn next to the car)

Street flooding from heavy storm made worse by overland flow from Chimney Rock
